Online check-in

In the comfort of your own home, you can complete the online check-in form before you arrive. You will find a link in your booking confirmation email. If you do not complete the online check-in in advance, we will complete everything together during your arrival.

For visitors from the Czech Republic, we only need one adult (for example, the client). For visitors of other nationalities we have to register everyone over 18 years of age.

Arrival time

The residence will be ready for you on the day of arrival from 15:00.

For better planning of the day, please let us know a few days in advance (e.g. by email) your expected arrival time. On the day of arrival, we will not be angry if you inform us 30 minutes before arrival either by text or phone call.

Earlier check-in

Early check-in is possible on the day of arrival from 09:00 for a surcharge of CZK 1,500.

However, please contact us first and we will confirm your early check-in.

Refundable deposit

A cash deposit of CZK 5,000 or € 200 is required during arrival. If everything is in order upon your departure, we will refund the full amount in cash again.

If there is any damage, a proportion of the refundable security deposit will be used to cover it and any remaining balance will be refunded.

Parking

Parking is in the private unfenced parking lot in front of the building. The capacity of the parking lot is 5 personal vehicles, others can park on the street about 50 m from the house.

Kitchen

The house has a large kitchen in which you will find all the essentials: microwave, oven, electric kettle, toaster, induction hob, dishwasher, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and basic kitchen utensils. Dishwasher tablets, bin bags and cleaning products are provided as part of your stay. Food and other cooking ingredients are not included.

Rooms

Each room will be equipped with complete bed linen (pillow, blanket, extra blanket), towel and bath towel according to the number of people you specify when booking. For extra comfort, we recommend bringing your own indoor slippers.

Please let us know the number of people in each room at least one week before arrival.

Children's equipment

In the house there are a total of 2 cots 60x120cm, a changing table, 1x children's dining chair and toys. Please inform us in advance about the use of the cots. Please also inform us of the age composition of your children so that we can adjust the selection of toys available to them accordingly.

Leisure time

An outdoor swimming pool is available in summer. There is a swing and trampoline for children all year round. There is an outdoor charcoal grill, please use your own charcoal.

Since November 2023 we can offer to our guests a new outdoor barrel sauna with a cooling tub.  

Bike storage

For the storage of bicycles, sports equipment and other things it is possible to use the garage of the house.

If you want to use the bike storage, please inform us in advance.

Wifi

The house and partly the garden is covered by wi-fi signal.

TV

The living room has a TV connected to some internet platforms. The TV can be connected via Bluetooth to an external 2.1 speaker system, which is for you available as well.

What to take with you

We recommend you bring your own indoor slippers, food, coffee beans for the coffee maker and your own charcoal if you would like to grill. If you forget anything at home, there are shops in the village open every day, including weekends, where you can buy what you need.

Music production and night silence

Any musical production that would disturb the surroundings of the guesthouse is prohibited both indoors and outdoors throughout the day.

At the same time, we ask our guests to observe night silence between 22:00 and 06:00
