Price list
The price includes the rental of the whole property and all the living rooms.
The concept of the house makes it impossible to rent individual rooms.
Rental of the entire Residence Dymokury facility is possible for a minimum of 2 nights.
Accommodation capacity is up to 14 people (we recommend 12 people). Capacity can be increased by 2 child extra beds (60x120 cm) by prior agreement.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed!
The whole facility is smoke-free.
Check-in no earlier than 15:00, check-out no later than 10:00.
All other private and corporate events beyond the standard capacity e.g. weddings, parties, corporate events, larger groups, etc. are governed by individual prices.
Any music production that would disturb the surroundings of the guest house is prohibited both indoors and outdoors throughout the whole day.

accommodation in the entire building
final cleaning

Price does not include:
in the event of excessive soiling, an additional final cleaning fee (will be deducted from the refundable deposit)
use of the sauna
Payments:
For stays of 3 nights or less:
- 100% of the rental price payable until 7 days after booking confirmation
For stays of 4 and more nights:
- 50% of the rental price payable until 7 days after booking confirmation
- Additional charge up to 100% of the rental price up to 30 days before the booking date
A refundable deposit of 5.000 Kč is payable at the day of arrival in cash.
Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation 30 days before arrival
- 50% of the rental price for cancellations less than 30 days before arrival
- 100% of the rental price for cancellations less than 14 days before arrival
